Disposition versions
32. Subject to the second paragraph of section 14, sections 430 to 436 of the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases (chapter A-3.001) relating to the recovery of benefits paid without entitlement or the amount of which exceeds that to which a person is entitled, apply to the recovery of the debt, with the necessary modifications.
With the agreement of the Minister and in accordance with section 437 of the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases, the Commission may remit the debt.

32.
